We spent New Year's Eve with our good friends Jennifer and Jimmy Simmons. The two little boys brought in "The Nude Year"!

We took off on January 1st and headed to French Lick, Indiana to suprise the kids with a trip to an indoor water park. THEY HAD A BLAST!

This photo of Kam sums up our weekend away. We had a great time. Nice and relaxed. The phone didn't ring, no laundry to do, no dishes in the sink and we could do what we wanted. Wonderful family time ~ exactly what we wanted.

We made a stop at the French Lick Resort/Casino. Lee and I stayed here on our honeymoon twelve years ago. This is the same spot we took some photos back then. (Our scanner isn't working or I would post a 'then and now'.)

As we were trying to figure out the timer a sweet couple happened by and took the photo for us.

All packed up and ready to head home.

Like I said ... what's a post without trains? A venture through the train yard is a MUST when we're in French Lick.
