40 Years!

 January 15th, 2012 was my parent's 40th Wedding Anniversary!

They spent the weekend at Shady Timbers ...
a private lodge, just out of town.  (But close enough that
dad could run home and do the chores.)

 Mom splurged and bought some really pretty wine glasses.

They used styrofoam cups the day they wed.

So we made them toast with their swanky glasses.

 40 years later they have three kids,
their spouses and seven grandchildren!

 Sitting on the steps from oldest to youngest. 

Little Jackson was at his dad's,

 or he'd be seated on the bottom step by Elliott.

We sure did miss him.

 Aren't they something?

 We had a lot of fun out there.
Mom and dad really enjoyed it.
We all chipped in and took pizza, chips, soda,
cake & ice cream and no bake cookies.  Yum!
